The buildings and systems management function ensures this. It gives you detailed information about the technology used, maintenance level, previous faults, and the responsible technicians. This information can be accessed from other program modules, so that, for example, the system data can be used to determine which spare parts are needed when the fault is being registered. This saves valuable time and therefore costs, too. You can also individually allocate and manage several different types of system in one building.

Contract management

Contract management allows you to quickly and easily generate contracts with all the important information such as inspection and maintenance intervals. A contract can be created when the order is booked in order to speed up the process. You can use the items in the order as the basis for the fees for maintenance and inspection. Maintenance and inspection fees can be recalculated by the software immediately if there is a change in the contract components. You can also manually update your contracts using percentages or flat rates – the choice is yours.
